Our retreat is designed as a single residence where architecture listens to the land.
Inside are six rooms:

●  Two Signature Couple Rooms — spacious sanctuaries for deep rest and reconnection. Each connects to a Standard Room, forming an optional Family Suite.
●  Four Standard Rooms — minimalist calm, warm textures, and mountain or courtyard views.

At the heart of the residence is a tranquil courtyard pool — a mirror for evening light and quiet moments.

At House of Per Se, experience is not scheduled — it unfolds. Within the house, guests may join gentle practices such as yoga, meditation, and sound healing in our Upper Sanctuary. Slow rituals — fruit carving, herbal crafting, and mindful tea moments — invite presence and a quieter way of seeing. Beyond the house, Mae Chaem opens wide. Walk the rice terraces of Ban Pa Bong Piang, follow the forest and water trail to Nam Oog (น้ำออกฮู), or journey upward toward Doi Pha Khao and the Mae Khiew forest. At sunset, the terraces turn gold and time seems to stand still. There is no fixed program. Only the freedom to move between stillness and exploration, guided by what feels right in the moment.

The House of Per Se Café & Bar unfolds across two levels — each designed to support a different rhythm of being. On the ground level, our café and bar (Heka Garden) opens to nature, light, and unhurried conversation. Mornings arrive softly with thoughtfully sourced breakfasts and seasonal menus, afternoons unfold with ease, and evenings settle into warmth and quiet intimacy. The upper sanctuary above is dedicated not to dining, but to stillness — a space to move, sit, or simply breathe between meals.
